You are buying a position on a public leaderboard, ranked by the total amount paid against a handle. You are not buying, renting, or acquiring any interest in any social media account, username, or profile. No handle ownership is transferred or sold.

A listing does not mean the bidder owns, controls or is connected to the profile named. It means someone paid to place that handle on this board.

1. Rank is total dollars paid against a listing, in descending order.
2. Equal totals are ranked by which payment completed first.
3. A bid takes the best rank its total can hold at the time it is processed.
4. Ranks are global across all platforms; filtering the board by platform does not renumber them.

Bids are whole US dollars, from $5 for a new listing up to $999,999 in total. Raising an existing listing costs only the difference between its current total and your new total, which must be at least $1 higher.

Opening a checkout session reserves nothing. A listing is created or raised only when we receive a signed confirmation that your payment completed. If another payment is processed before yours, your payment is still credited in full and takes the rank available at the time it is processed. That is not an error and is not grounds for a refund.

Bids are non-refundable once placed. This is stated before payment, at the point of payment, and here. You are buying a position on a public board that takes effect immediately and is visible to everyone.

We may refund at our discretion where a listing is removed through no fault of the bidder. A listing removed for breaking clause 6 is not refunded.

You may not use B6 for any of the following:

• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Hate speech, harassment, or targeted abuse.
• Impersonation — bidding on a handle in a way designed to deceive visitors about who runs it.
• Sexual content involving minors.
• Scams, phishing, malware, or deceptive commercial schemes.

We may remove or hide any listing that breaks these rules, without notice and without refund. Removal of a listing removes a board position only; it has no effect on any account on any platform.

Anyone may report a listing using the report form. If you are the owner of a handle and want its listing removed, say so and we will remove it. We aim to respond to every report within 72 hours. Where a listing carried a mirrored profile image, removal deletes that stored image as well as the listing.

A payment reversed through a chargeback results in the corresponding listing being hidden from the board and logged. The amount paid is not credited toward any rank. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before disputing it — devrealm07@gmail.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

Listings may display a display name, biography, profile image, verification marker and follower count obtained from the relevant public profile, or supplied by the bidder. This data is best-effort, may be out of date, may be absent entirely, and is shown as neutral context. We make no claim to have caused any change in any follower count. A profile owner may ask us to remove their data using the report form.

Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. X is a trademark of X Corp. Snapchat is a trademark of Snap Inc. B6 is an independent discovery leaderboard and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.

Platform names and icons are used solely to identify which network a listed handle belongs to. They do not indicate any relationship between us and those companies.

B6 is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of the board. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may change these terms. Each version has an effective date and a version identifier, and the version you accepted is recorded with your bid. Changes are not applied retroactively to bids already placed.

These terms do not nominate a governing law or an exclusive forum. Any dispute is therefore subject to whichever law and courts would apply by default, which will usually be those of the country you live in.
